Celebrating inclusion and diversity in the workplace

Summary

.

I’m really humbled to be listed seventh globally in the 2018 OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executives list, presented by the FT.

As a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion at Bupa, I’m proud to be named amongst such global leaders from companies and brands such as Goldman Sachs and Dow through to British Vogue and LinkedIn.

I believe our place of work can be so much better when we feel comfortable to bring our true selves to work. Creating inclusive workplaces makes good business sense. It allows us to attract the right talent and it helps make the workplace more enjoyable for everyone.

Across Bupa UK I recently launched our pledge ‘Everyone’s welcome’, which is a commitment to celebrating diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I’m encouraging businesses across the UK to sign the pledge by going online here www.bupa.co.uk/everyones-welcome-pledge

Thank you to my colleagues who nominated me for the 2018 OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executives list. You can see the full list here https://www.out-standing.org/nominations/2018-role-models/2018-leading-100-lgbt-executives/
