Bupa’s award-winning intermediary portal: Bupa Connect
At Bupa UK we’re always working to improve the experience we provide to our customers – and we’re always proud when what we do gets recognised. Last week we were delighted that Bupa Connect, our online platform won Best Online Intermediary Service at the annual Health Insurance awards for the second year in a row.
Bupa Connect is an online, secure self-serve platform which makes it easier and faster for intermediaries to offer a quote for partnering with us, renew existing customers and administer customer accounts 24/7. In turn this makes for a faster service for the end customer. It’s better for the planet too because doing everything online means we can minimise paper renewal documents.
The sales team works with our intermediary partners to understand what they need before sharing it with our digital team in order to turn this into a reality. We’ve got more improvements planned for Bupa Connect, we’re creating a quick and intuitive new business quote for health and dental insurance. We’re also working on a new document store so we can securely share information.
