Bupa UK Insurance rated ‘Great’ on Trustpilot – highest of all major health insurers

Bupa UK Insurance currently has a 4 star rating and a TrustScore of 8 out of 10, which is classed as ‘Great’ by Trustpilot and is currently the best out of all major UK health insurers.

Alex Perry, CEO, Bupa Insurance Ltd, said: “Trustpilot is just one of the many ways we receive feedback from customers and we review all feedback to see where we can make our customers’ experience even better. It’s really great to see the comments customers are leaving and I hope that our Trustscore will give others confidence to choose Bupa.”
