A string of awards for Hong Kong’s Quality HealthCare
Quality HealthCare, Bupa’s healthcare provider business in Hong Kong, has scooped four awards.
The first is the Reader’s Digest Platinum Trusted Brand Award, which it won for the eighth consecutive year.
The top honour, voted for by the public, recognises outstanding achievements in health screening services. Winners of the award are judged in six areas: trustworthiness and credibility, quality, value, understanding of customer needs, innovation, and social responsibility.
Quality HealthCare was also awarded the Best Integrated Healthcare Clinic by Global Health and Travel for the third consecutive year, which recognises its consistently high standards in delivering quality integrated healthcare, and delighting customers at every stage of the services.
In addition, the Quality HealthCare Mobile App was recognised at the 2018 Asia eCommerce Awards - it received gold for Best Mobile eCommerce and silver for Best App Experience.
Launched in October 2017 in partnership with US-based company HealthTap, the app offers new ways for people to see their doctor as well as enabling people to take better care of their health, from pre- to post-consultation and from physical to mental health needs. Since its launch, the app has facilitated more than 400,000 e-appointments at walk-in clinics across the Quality HealthCare network.
Quality HealthCare General Manager Elaine Chu said: “These awards are a powerful validation of the work that we’ve done in championing our customers. We are confident that with the quality services we provide, and the digital platforms we invest in, we will bring our customers professional healthcare and an experience that meets their needs.”
